Recognized nationally, the CIEH have designed the following courses for all food handlers in all types of businesses where food is handled, to gain an understanding of Food safety legislation and help to equip staff with knowledge fundamental in food safety management.
CIEH (certified) courses we offer:
LEVEL 1 FOOD SAFETY IN CATERING* new!
An absolutely ideal training tool for new entrants in the food industry; giving a basic overview of food hygiene practices and procedures
LEVEL 2 FOOD SAFETY IN CATERING*
Recommended for most food handling businesses, this ever popular course covers vital areas of food safety such as food poisoning (causes and controls), bacteriology, temperature control and storage of food
LEVEL 3 SUPERVISING FOOD SAFETY IN CATERING*
Widely regarded as a course designed to enhance candidates knowledge for Supervisory roles and management practices and procedures.

Non - certified courses in Food Safety
At FM Training, we offer short day (3 hour ) courses specially tailored for your particular business. All learners will be taught the fundamentals of food safety, legislation and handling procedures. It works as an ideal induction training program for new food handlers. All attendees will be issued an attendance certificate on successful completion of a short quiz at the end of the course.
